MaxiTrading BV (Bootjes.nl) has immediately taken over all water sports related activities from JPBtrading from Genemuiden, trading under the name Speedbootje.nl. This strategic acquisition strengthens the position of MaxiTrading BV (Bootjes.nl) in the Dutch market for small boats with an outboard motor.
Speedbootje.nl has been selling similar boats to Bootjes.nl since 2020 and has built a solid reputation as a reliable supplier of small boats from Norway. Due to a career change of the owner, Jan-Bas Peute, MaxiTrading BV (Bootjes.nl) has been able to take over all water sports related activities and accumulated expertise of Speedbootje.nl.
In addition to the acquisition of stock and domain names, MaxiTrading BV (Bootjes.nl) intends to continue and further expand the cooperation of Speedbootje.nl with various renowned Dutch boat dealers. More dealers are welcome
Because the range of boats from Speedbootje.nl connects almost seamlessly with the range from Bootjes.nl, it has been decided to terminate the Speedbootje.nl website with immediate effect.
Through the acquisition of Speedbootje.nl, MaxiTrading BV (Bootjes.nl) has become the undisputed market leader in the Netherlands for Hasle Summerfun boats from Norway. However, sitting still is not an option. MaxiTrading BV (Bootjes.nl) has the ambitious goal to further strengthen its position in the small boat market in the coming years and to become the market leader of several brands that produce small boats.
