This trailer comes with a sturdy tie-down strap and a certificate of conformity (COC declaration) at no extra cost. A COC declaration is legally required in Europe and contains the detailed specifications of the trailer. If you ever sell the trailer, you must also transfer the COC declaration to the new owner.
